These terms and conditions apply to the use of the Hallow & Sable website and the purchase of products through our store. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
This website is operated by Hallow & Sable. Our business correspondence address is Office 136, Unit 5, 399–405 Oxford Street, Mayfair, London, W1C 2BU, United Kingdom. Customer enquiries can be directed to support@hallowandsable.co.uk and we aim to respond to all messages within one working day.
We make every effort to ensure that all product descriptions, images and prices on this website are accurate. Because our soaps are handcrafted using traditional cold process methods, slight variations in colour, shape, weight or appearance may occur between batches. These variations are a natural result of small-batch production and do not affect the quality or performance of the product.
All prices listed on the website are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP). We reserve the right to change product prices, update product descriptions or discontinue items at any time without prior notice.
When you place an order through our website you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation indicates that your order request has been received but does not guarantee acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if payment cannot be processed, if incorrect pricing has been displayed, or if fraudulent activity is suspected. If an order is cancelled after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued.
Orders are typically dispatched within one to two working days. We currently ship using Royal Mail and most orders arrive within two to three working days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary depending on postal service conditions or seasonal demand.
We take care to ensure that all orders are packed securely before dispatch. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact us within fourteen days of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue. Depending on the situation we may offer a replacement product, a refund, or store credit.
Because of hygiene considerations we cannot accept returns of used soap bars. However, if there is a genuine issue with your order we will always aim to resolve it fairly and promptly.
All Hallow & Sable products are intended for external use only. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately. Customers with sensitive skin are advised to perform a patch test before full use. Hallow & Sable cannot be held responsible for misuse of products.

Hallow & Sable shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing within these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so under UK law.
