Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Some products on the Hallow & Sable website may be offered as part of a recurring purchase option or subscription.

If you choose a subscription option, your selected product will be automatically delivered and billed at the interval chosen during checkout. Your payment method will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle unless the subscription is cancelled beforehand.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Customers may cancel their subscription by accessing their account on our website or by contacting our support team at support@hallowandsable.co.uk.

If a cancellation request is received after a subscription order has already been processed or dispatched, the cancellation will apply to future billing cycles but not the order already in progress.

There are no cancellation fees and you are free to stop your subscription at any time.

Hallow & Sable reserves the right to modify or discontinue subscription offerings at any time.
