At Hallow & Sable we take care to ensure every order is packed securely and dispatched promptly from our workshop.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within one to two working days. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email.
We currently ship all orders using Royal Mail. Most deliveries arrive within two to three working days after dispatch, although delivery times may occasionally vary depending on postal conditions or seasonal demand.
Please ensure that the delivery address entered at checkout is correct before completing your order. Hallow & Sable cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address details.
If your order has not arrived within five working days after dispatch, please contact us at support@hallowandsable.co.uk and we will investigate the issue.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we may contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional postage charges may apply.
We currently ship within the United Kingdom. If international shipping becomes available in the future, the website will be updated to reflect the available destinations and shipping options.
