The Ritual Guarantee

At Hallow & Sable we stand behind every bar we send. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or simply isn’t what you expected, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right. Depending on the situation we may offer a replacement product, a refund or store credit.

Our bars are personal care products, so for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of used soap. However, if there is a genuine issue with your order we will always work with you to resolve it fairly.

Each bar is handcrafted and carefully packed before dispatch to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If you believe there is a problem with your order, please contact our support team at support@hallowandsable.co.uk and include your order number along with a brief description of the issue. In some cases we may ask for photographs of the product to help us assess the situation.

If a refund is approved it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow several working days for the payment provider to process the refund.

If a replacement product is issued, we will arrange dispatch once the issue has been reviewed.

Hallow & Sable reserves the right to refuse returns where products have been used excessively, altered or damaged after delivery in a way that is not related to a manufacturing issue.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law.
